SUBSTANCE: device for adjusting the tension of the belt material comprises a pulse radius sensor of the roll, a drive motor with a power amplifier, a roll speed sensor, two switches, a reversing counter, an analog-to-digital and a digital-to-analog converters, a roll radius increment setting unit and a second adder. The input of the power amplifier is connected to the output of the adder. The adder is connected to the inputs of the tension sensor and the tension setting unit. The output of the pulse radius sensor is connected to the first inputs of the first and second switches. The second inputs of the switches are connected to the output of the roll speed sensor. The outputs of the switches are connected to the corresponding inputs of the reversing counter. The reverse counter is connected to its output via an analog-to-digital converter with the first input of the second adder. The second adder is connected to its second input to the roll radius increment setting unit. The output of the second adder is connected via a digital-to-analog converter to the tension setting block.

EFFECT: improved stabilization accuracy of bulk winding density.
