SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication and particularly to techniques for minimisation of drive tests (MDT). Disclosed is a mobile communication method, comprising: transmitting to a mobile station UE, by a radio base station eNB, a "MDT MeasConfig" message in which "MeasObject" and "ReportConfig" are included; and transmitting, by the mobile station UE to the radio base station eNB, by using a SRB channel designated by the "ReportConfig", a "MDT MeasReport" message in which a measurement result for a measurement target designated by the "MeasObject" is included.
EFFECT: performing MDT without consuming signalling radio bearer SRB1 and SRB2 resources.
