FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication. The mobile communication method involves the step, where a base radio station eNB notifies a mobile station UE of a condition, which is to be met to generate a measurement report, of a target component carrier (CC) for the said report, bearing the measurement result to be sent simultaneously with the report generation, and of the maximum number of cells for the target component carrier. The method also contains the step, where the mobile station sends the measurement result of the cells, whose number is less or equal to the maximum number announced for each of the target component carriers mentioned.
EFFECT: selection of a cell without increase of an interference level upon the mobile station handover within communication using the carrier aggregation.
