FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: isodewaxing catalyst for diesel fractions contains zeolite ZSM-23 having total acidity defined as per thermoprogrammed ammonia desorption within the range of 0.5-1.0 mmol/g of zeolite, preferably 0.7-0.9 mmol/g, mainly weak acid sites and ratio of weak acid sites to strong ones within the ratio of 2-3 or zeolite SAPO-41 having total acidity defined as per thermoprogrammed ammonia desorption within the range of 0.3-0.8 mmol/g of zeolite, preferably 0.5-0.6 mmol/g, mainly weak and medium acid sites with the following range of components, wt %: platinum 0,20-0,40, zeolite ZSM-23 or SAPO-41 10-40 and aluminium oxide - remaining share. Extruded carrier pellet is made up on the basis of aluminium oxide and the above zeolites ZSM-23 or SAPO-41. The carrier is dried and ignited. Platinum is applied to the ignited carrier from aqueous solution of platinum tetraamine and process of ion exchange is performed at temperature of 70-98°C during 8-10 h. The received catalyst is dried and ignited.
EFFECT: increased catalytic reactivity of isodewaxing catalyst and increased yield of waxy diesel fuels.
