FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device is intended for fog dispersal at a controlled territory whereat the visibility distance should be provided, and namely at aerodromes, expressways, sea ports, open sites for events, etc., and it may be used for the generation of air flows with large values of the cross section in the generated flow at arranged ventilation at a large airspace, at quarries, at installations intended for gas flow treatment from aerosol particles. The device comprises a grounded electroconductive network (3). The network is installed at a frame. Corona electrodes (5) are installed along the surface of the network. The electrodes are connected to a high-voltage source (6). The frame is made of an insulating material as a honeycomb panel. Ends of ribs (2) in honeycomb cells (1) of the frame coincide and are connected to contours of cells in the electroconductive network.

EFFECT: increasing operating efficiency of the device.
