Device contains a grounded conductive grid (7), along the surface of which the corona electrodes (5) connected to a high-voltage power source (10) are installed. It is equipped with corona discharge initiators (8) installed along the corona electrodes (5). Initiators of the corona discharge (8) are made in the form of grounded surfaces adjacent to the corona wires with a guaranteed clearance.

EFFECT: improved fog dissipation performance is ensured.
