SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of air treatment. The emitting device is used with replaceable refillable units with the volatile liquid. The liquid comprises one or more active substances. The active substances are used as fragrance, insecticide, fungicide, pesticide, sanifying substance and/or pharmaceutical agent. The refillable unit comprises a sealed tank with the volatile liquid and a porous pad. The device comprises an air pump, a channel communicating with it for the fluid, a nozzle and an ejection constriction. The ejection constriction is located in the channel for fluid and is connected to the nozzle. Additionally the emitting device is provided with a mechanism of entering the channel for the fluid into the porous pad. To isolate the volatile liquid the mechanism of entering the channel into the pad is activated. The air is pumped through the channel with the intake of the liquid from the pad.
EFFECT: stability of characteristics of the odour when using the device is ensured.
