SUBSTANCE: installation contains a centrifugal pump unit (1) for water injection, a pressure accumulator (3), a pressure gauge (4), a water pressure sensor (5), a tap (6) and a filter unit (7) installed in series at its output, at least one container for the reagent concentrate (8), a container for the aqueous reagent solution (9), and a mixing device (10). The said mixing device includes at least one ejector (11) connected by its nozzle via the valve (12) and a normally closed valve (13) to water injection, by the suction chamber to the reagent concentrate tank (8), and by the diffuser output to the container for the aqueous reagent solution (9) connected to the pump unit (15) suction to feed the reagent solution to the spraying means. At that, the container for the aqueous reagent solution (9) is provided with a float (16) connected by a ball chain (17) with a collar arranged to act on the normally closed valve (13). The unit is also equipped with a gas analyzer, a weather station and a software control unit (21) for the reagent solution pump, connected thereto and to a water pressure sensor.
