FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of production of synthetic gas out of hydrocarbon raw material. The method comprises a consecutive passing of hydrocarbon raw materials through the radiation furnace, the heat exchange reforming device and the autothermal reforming device, meanwhile the gas outgoing from the autothermal reforming device is use as a heat source for the reforming reactions taking place in the heat exchange reforming device, and into the heat exchange reforming device the cooling medium is supplied.
EFFECT: invention provides decrease of design temperature in the primary reforming device that allows to use pipes with the smaller wall thickness, reduction of cost of the heat exchange reforming device, possibility of increase of output pressure and energy efficiency increase.
