FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to primary processing and removal of harmful substances from the material. In compliance with clamed process, material is heated, mixed and ground in at least one intake vessel in vacuum. Flushing means is forced into intake vessel below material level to flow through the portion of material. Said flushing means is discharged together with harmful substances from intake vessel. Amount of flushing fluid fed to intake vessel in case gas is used to this end makes less than 5 Nm3, preferably, ≤0.1 Nm3 (standard cubic meter Vn) an hour per 1 kg of material. Or, in case fluid is used for flushing purposes, its amount makes less than 0.1 l an hour per kg of material, Note here that simultaneously vacuum is maintained in intake vessel lower than 100 mbar.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of removal.
