FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of breaker ply stack for uncured tie. Rubber band is fed by appropriate feeder displacing between first and second positions. Said feeder displaces between first and second positions. At first position, it is set to feed continuous band in direction of feed. Said direction and that of transportation include the first angle equal to first angle of the cord. At second position, said feeder is set to feed continuous rubber band in feed direction which with that transportation include the second angle. Note here that said second angle differs from aforesaid first angle.
EFFECT: simplified fabrication process.
