SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabrication of uncured tire and/or spring. Claimed device comprises template with shaping surface (2) to support tire component including uncured rubber mix ply to making of uncured tire and/or uncured spring. Shaping surface (2) incorporates fastening surface (9) intended for temporary retention of at least the tire component front part. Said fastening surface (9) has multiple adhesive surface sections with inadherent surface sections (4) arranged there between and partially buried relative to adhesive sections (3). Said fastening surface (9) features, in fact, a saw-like shape.
EFFECT: more accurate size of layer produced by strip winding on rotary drum.
