FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: furnace comprises crucible 14 with initial materials, liquid-cooled heat exchange 20 to be vertically displaced under said crucible. This heat exchanger comprises heat withdrawal flask 19 made of glass with heat conductivity higher than 200 W/(m·K), liquid coolant inlet pipe 21 and outlet pipe 22. Each of said pipe or both are connected to said flask 19 for liquid coolant to flow there through. Copper, gold and silver can be used as material for this flask.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat withdrawal, accelerated growth of crystals.
