FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method of manufacture of product from heat resisting nickel alloys comprises smelting of consumable work piece for manufacture of granules, manufacture of granules, their qualification, degassing, capsule sealing, hot isostatic pressing (HIP) and heat treatment of the finished product. When smelting of the consumable work pieces the total content of three alloying elements is as follows: titanium, molybdenum and niobium are maintained at the minimum level 95% of the content of chromium in the alloy, and casting of molten metal into the chill mould is performed at the temperature 1540-1560°C. The low-cyclic fatigue in sulphidic medium is increased.

EFFECT: increase of resistance to sulphidic corrosion.
