FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of items in the form of discs or rolls of gas-turbine engines from pelletised heat-resistant nickel alloys is proposed. Method involves production of pellets by spraying method, sieving of pellets on commercial fraction and charging of pellets to the shaped capsule, hot isostatic pressing and heat treatment. Pellet sieving is performed on two fractions: -200+100 and -10+5 mcm, which are charged to the capsule in quantity of 70-95 and 5-30% respectively, and heat treatment is performed by means of hardening and ageing.
EFFECT: method allows obtaining higher heat resistance and resistance characteristics of low-cycle fatigue and considerably reducing the labour input of the process.
