FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to the heat treatment of heat-resistant nickel alloys, and can be used in the manufacture of products from an alloy of the EP741NP brand, intended for heavily loaded parts operating at elevated temperatures in gas turbine engines. A method for heat treatment of parts made of heat-resistant nickel alloy EP741NP, including heating to the temperature of a single-phase region, holding at this temperature, cooling and aging. Heating is carried out to a temperature not more than 40°С higher than the temperature of complete dissolution of the γ'-phase, maintained at this temperature for more than 4 to 10 hours and cooled at a rate not lower than 10°С/min, then three stages of aging are carried out for air, while at the first stage aging is carried out at a temperature of 890-920°С with exposure for 2-5 hours, at the second stage - at a temperature of 740-770°С with exposure for 7-10 hours, and at the third stage - at a temperature of 690-710°С with exposure for 16-19 hours.
EFFECT: obtaining high characteristics of strength and heat resistance at operating temperatures, as well as an increase in the service life and reliability of parts operating under severe loading conditions.
