FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to methods of thermal treatment of blanks from high-alloyed granulated heat-resistant nickel alloys, and can be used in production of parts of gas turbine engines. Method of staged quenching of blanks from granulated heat-resistant nickel alloys involves heating, maintenance and cooling. Hardening is carried out in two stages, at the first stage, heating of workpieces in the capsule is performed to temperature of -10 + 35 °C relative to solvux temperature of alloy, but below solidus temperature, holding in vacuum at this temperature for 0.25…12 hours and quenching cooling of workpiece in capsule in two stages, at first of which cooling is carried out in vacuum, and on the second one - in gaseous helium under pressure of not less than 2 atm., and at the second stage of hardening, workpieces are heated in capsule or with partial / complete removal of capsule to temperature of -10 + 10 °C relative to solvus temperature with holding at said temperature in vacuum for 0.1…1 h with subsequent cooling first in vacuum, and then in gaseous helium under pressure of not less than 2 atm.
EFFECT: higher prolonged strength and yield point.
