FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment and is intended for recovering lost by any reasons or undeveloped walking skills, i.e. for rehabilitation of patients with impairment of motor functions. Training apparatus for teaching walking contains bearing guide, carriage with rollers, movable on guide, with controlled mechanism of movement and pulley, cord for connection of its dangling from pulley end to swivel of harness on patient's body, mechanism for relieving the latter's weight, connected with the other end of cord, sensors of training session parameters, controlling computer with proper software for analysis and operative control of session, as well as net of data transmission. Training apparatus is equipped with compressed air source. Bearing guide is made in form of closed curve, for example in form of circle, with at least three at least carriages being placed on it. Mechanism of weight relief is made in form of pneumatic cylinders by quantity of carriages. Working cavity of each pneumatic cylinder is connected with source of compressed air via pneumatic line. Each pneumatic cylinder piston is connected with the other end of respective cord. Working cavities of all pneumatic cylinders are connected to each other.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to extend functional abilities of training apparatus for teaching walking, increase patient's motivation and efficiency of recovering motor functions due to approach to real conditions of walking skills and equilibrium, as well as skills of squatting, jumping and change of movement direction.
