FIELD: synthetic chemical thread production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for forming a synthetic chemical thread. The device for forming a synthetic chemical thread contains a drive unit, controlled by a central controller, at least one section for producing a thread, comprising: a unit for polymerizing a thread from a liquid chemical solution; cascades of rotating rollers for drawing and washing the yarn with liquids; a group of hot rollers for drying; knot for winding the thread onto bobbins with additional twisting of the fibers. The drive unit consists of separate gear motors with the ability to transmit rotary motion to the rollers and cylinders of the yarn production section, and each gear motor is equipped with a high-resolution encoder. The unit for winding the thread on bobbins contains electric spindles, which are electric motors with an elongated shaft, made in cast-iron cases. The device also contains a frame, with the possibility of up and down movement carried out by a geared motor with fast reversible switching of the direction of rotation by the central controller.

EFFECT: invention allows reducing the size and weight of the device, simplifying maintenance, reducing vibration on the shafts.
