FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device for biological purification of waste quarry waters is bioplato comprising interconnected frames with the biological load. Each frame consists of a base made of plastic pipes with floats, and a plastic grid with the cells mounted on it, on top of which the biological load is stacked. The biological load is used as carpet grassy sod grown preliminary with a hydroponic method based on vermiculite substrate with use of perennial herbaceous plants, and aquatic native species of plants. The aquatic native species of plants are planted in the sod placed on the frame. The sod area is half the square of the frame.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of purification of waste quarry waters from mineral compounds of nitrogen and reduction of negative impact on the environment.
