FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: centric relation of jaws is recorded by means of a recording material before the teeth are extracted. Auxiliary implants are inserted across lower and upper jaws respectively. The jaws are aligned in the centric relation according to the prepared recording material. A device for fixing the centric relation of the jaws according to the recording material is attached to auxiliary implants. A locked fixing device is detached and taken away. After extracting the teeth, inserting the main implants, patterning the implant impressions and mounting gingival cuff formers, new recording material are placed in the oral cavity. The taken away locked fixing device is attached to the auxiliary implants thereby bringing the jaws to the centric relation. The centric relation of the jaw is recorded by means of the recording material relying on the gingival cuff formers. The device for fixing the centric relation of the jaws is then detached; the auxiliary implants are removed. The auxiliary implants are presented by root-form implants with an inner tri-channel abutment connection. The recording material is rigid impression silicone. The prosthetic repair with the implantation structures are performed on the day of the teeth extraction.
EFFECT: method enables performing the prosthetic repair for one day and recreation of all functionally significant occlusion and articulation relations.
