FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dental implantation, and can be used in implant prosthetics to obtain an impression when creating extended implantation structures with length of 4 to 14 links (teeth). Impression is produced once in one stage using an open tray. Implant adapters are fixed to the implant heads with the help of screws and access to the adapters in the open tray is checked in the oral cavity. Then splints of adapters are made: tire is formed in the oral cavity, as a material for splinting, a bis-acrylic self-hardening composite material is used, which is injected into spaces between adapters from the mixer gun through a nose equipped with a replaceable cannula. Dimensions of layer of applied bis-acrylic material for splices of adapters are not less than 5 X 5 mm. Preferably, material for splicing adapters is bis-acrylic plastic Protemp 4. After 3–5 min, after polymerisation of the tire material, the correcting and base layers of the impression are applied. Screws of adapters are removed in oral cavity after polymerization of impression mass, at that adapters remain in impression.
EFFECT: method enables simplifying a method of producing an impression while preserving its accuracy, providing ergonomics of the process of the doctor's work, reducing labor costs and reducing the length of clinical administration.
