FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasound-controlled percutaneous liver puncture is performed in Wistar rat's specific point. That is found by marking the line No. 1 that is a mid-line respective to a rat's anatomically middle plane; the line No. 2 is a perpendicular to the first one and connects the lowest points of left and right costal arches; the line No.2 section extending from a cross points of the lines Nos. 1 and 2 to the left costal arch is measured and divided into three equal portions. A puncture point is found at the interface of inner and middle one-thirds of this section. A needle is inserted perpendicularly to the surface at a depth of 1.2 cm. An aqueous solution of trypsine in an amount of 0.3 ml with the concentration of 1 mg/ml is administered as a preparation causing hepatic tissue necrosis with the formation of the cavity. staphylococcal purulence containing 1 million CFU is introduced 2 days later in an amount of 0.5 ml. The lumen is coated for 5 days and ultrasound-controlled.
EFFECT: using the invention simplifies and makes the formation of hepatic abscesses cheaper, prevents the terminal adverse action on the laboratory animal's body.
