FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for search of new methods of treating abscesses of soft tissues. For simulating abscess exciter of the pathological process is introduced to animal in subcutaneous space. At that, catheter is inserted in it with balloon. Balloon is inflated in volume by 2 ml of 0.9 % sodium chloride solution. End of catheter is covered by skin duplication. Three days later balloon is emptied and catheter is removed. Then in formed cavity suspension of Staphylococcus aureus with microbial load of 2 ml × 106 CFU is injected as agent of pathological process.
EFFECT: method is low-traumatic, does not require complex manipulations, enables to form limited suppurative inflammation of soft tissues on fifth day of experiment.
