FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the clamp. The clamp contains metal tape, two clamp lugs, and closing plate to close clearance between the lugs. The tape contains alignment area, its internal surface has cavity, in which the first end of the plate is inserted during the clamp tightening. The cavity is created by means of the first shoulder containing end wall, that creates two surface at each side of the longitudinal centre line of the tape, at that the surfaces are located, essentially, symmetrically relative to the centre line and at angle to both longitudinal direction, and transverse direction, at that each of the surfaces passes over major part of the tape half-width.

EFFECT: invention increases reliability of connection due to assurance of the continuous firm adherence to the product during clamping.
