FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an adjustment method of a pump of a selective catalytic reaction system (SCR) and to a system allowing to apply such a method. According the adjustment method of a motor-driven pump of the SCR system, the pump creating the pressure is influenced by hydraulic moment related to the same pressure, and moment of resistance. The pump is brought into action by an electric motor containing windings to which current is supplied and developing the moment related to the same current. According to which the pump adjustment involves use of a measuring device of current in electric motor windings, a control of common current consumed by the electric motor, and a model of the ratio of current to pressure by using an evaluation of some part of moment of resistance appearing as a result of dry friction, which is obtained by rotation of the pump with no load with different frequencies, and measurements of the corresponding current.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at accurate adjustment of a pump of an SCR system.
