FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: micromechanical vibration gyroscope comprises a base, an inertial disc, having identical thickness and fixed on the base with the help of an inner elastic suspension, a system of electrostatic excitation of disc oscillations, comprising comb excitation motors and sensors of angular position, a system of control of output oscillations, comprising electrodes of capacitance pickup and control electrodes, arranged on the base under the inertial disc and fixed on the site, connected with the base with the help of an elastic suspension, which promotes cophased displacements of electrodes and the inertial disc under action of constant acceleration or vibration. This provides for constancy of a clearance in a system of output oscillations control and invariability of a scale ratio of an instrument.
EFFECT: reduced sensitivity of a gyroscope to continuous reciprocal accelerations and vibration, which provides for reduced noise and increased operational characteristics of a gyroscope.
