FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the hydraulic cyclone casing that can be used in the device of the cellulose cleaning off the admixtures in pulp industry. The hydraulic cyclone casing is made in form of the single-layer shell of revolution with cone or cone with cylindrical in top part shape of the internal surface made out of the composite material by method of cross-fibred longitudinal-circumferential winding. The composition material comprises ring and spiral high strength threads, secured by the polymer binding with ratio between weight of the spiral threads and weight of the ring threads 1/1÷1/2. At that for large diameters at the side of the internal surface of the shell the additional layers of the composite material are located, they comprise ring and spiral high strength threads secured by the polymer binding made by the method of cross-fibred longitudinal-circumferential winding. At that number of the additional layers increases from smaller diameter to larger, and ration between weight of the spiral threads to the weight of the ring threads in the additional layers is 1/3÷1/5.
EFFECT: increased erosion strength and hence service life of the hydraulic cyclone.
