SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to microbiology, microbiology, particularly to edible mushroom growing. There are presented the shiitake mushroom stain Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Pegler GNA01 (account number: KCCM11135P) and a fruit body produced by culturing the above strain. The fruit body exhibits the new morphology and taste.
EFFECT: advantage consists in producing the fruit bodies of shiitake mushroom possessing more solid flesh, tolerating the long storage well, which can be grown for the whole year.
