FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Method is proposed for producing gold or silver nanoparticles, including the preparation of a cell-free filtrate of culture liquid during cultivation Lentinus edodes. To the obtained filtrate add an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid at a concentration of 30–80 μM to obtain gold nanoparticles or an aqueous solution of silver nitrate at a concentration of 0.4–0.6 mm for obtaining silver nanoparticles. Resultant mixture is incubated in the dark at a temperature of 23–26 °C from 1 to 60 minutes, followed by the extraction of nanoparticles.

EFFECT: invention provides for obtaining uniform in size and shape of nanoparticles of noble metals.
