FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: aluminium-zirconium, technical aluminium and waste are loaded into the central part of furnace space with the temperature 740-750°C. The molten metal is added by the ligature aluminium-beryllium at the temperature 730-740°C, magnesium and zinc with the temperature 710-730°C and after conditioning of the molten metal during 10-20 minutes at the temperature 710-730°C copper is added, the ligatures aluminium-iron, aluminium-chrome-magnesium. The molten metal is heated up to 720-740°C and mixed. 15-25 minutes before pouring the molten metal is modified by the ligature aluminium titan in volume 50% from the rated amount. The molten metal poured into a ladle is processed by gumboil at the temperature 710-730°C. The molten metal from the ladle is poured into the mixer with the ligatures which have been earlier loaded and heated up to about 750-770°C during 20-40 minutes by the ligatures aluminium titan amounting 50% from the rated amount and aluminium-titan-boron. The vacuum processing is performed within 30-60 minutes at the temperature 710-730°C and the residual pressure 1.3-2.0 kPa. Moulding is performed using the filtering element. The ingot is cooled with the water pumped under the pressure 100-150 kPa to wide sides of the ingot and at the pressure 10-30 kPa - to narrow sides of the ingot.
EFFECT: produced ingots with uniform small structure, low gas content, uniform distribution of intermetallic phases.
