SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of non-ferrous metallurgy, in particular to aluminum-based alloys, which can be used in the aerospace industry for the manufacture of complex forgings. High-strength heat-resistant fine-grained alloy of the Al-Cu-Mn-Mg-Sc-Nb-Hf system contains, wt. %: Mg 0.8-1.2, Cu 1.6-1.9, Mn 1-1.2, Hf 0.5-0.6, Nb 0.26-0.3, Sc 0.26-0.3, impurities, including iron, silicon, chromium, vanadium, no more than 0.2, aluminum - the rest. The alloy has a microstructure with an average grain size of no more than 80 mcm and nanoscale particles of the thermostable phases Al3(ScxHf1-x) and Al3(NbyHf1-y) with L12 crystal lattice, which are evenly distributed over the grain volume and have a spherical shape with a size of no more than 20 nm.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the technological plasticity and improving the mechanical properties of an aluminum alloy.
