FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: cast antifriction alloy contains, wt %: stannum 5-11, lead 2-4, copper 1.5-4.5, silicon 0.4-1.5, zinc 1.5-4.5, magnesium 1.5-4.5, titanium 0.03-0.2, aluminium - rest. Method of alloy manufacturing includes aluminium melting, introduction of alloying components, holding at 800-840°C, alloy degassing and modification in intermediate tank at 780°C by composite reagent, containing hexafluorotitanium, potassium tetrafluoroborate, potassium hexafluorosilicate, potassium chloride and hexachloroethane, and melt pouring with temperature 740-760°C to casting moulds or forms.

EFFECT: increased antifriction and mechanical properties of monometallic journal bearing.
