SUBSTANCE: composite forming roll includes the bearing profiled axle with a limiting collar consisting of cylindrical sections. Longitudinal geometrical axes of each of adjacent cylindrical sections of the bearing profiled axle are displaced with reference to each other in the directions, opposite with reference to the roll axle, with formation of eccentricity. The internal surface of the bandage is implemented in the form companion to the surface of the bearing axle.
EFFECT: exception of probability of shifts of bandage elements with reference to the bearing axle.
