SUBSTANCE: oral care system such as a toothbrush has a detachable release device containing an oral care material. In one implementation version, the release device may include a body, an inner reservoir to accommodate a fluid medium and a release whole for such fluid medium release, the first cam surface (designed to be capable of turning relative to the body), a reciprocal movement device (containing an executive device, a drive screw and the second cam surface and designed so that to enable turning relative to the body), a pusher (forming the reservoir crosswise butt-end wall, designed to be capable of turning relative to the body and connected to the drive screw via thread); the executive device turning results in (1) movement of the pusher forward in the axial direction and (2) axial reciprocal movement of the pusher.
