SUBSTANCE: system for oral care, such as a toothbrush having a removable dispensing device comprising a material for oral care. In one embodiment, the dispensing device may comprise a housing with an internal reservoir for fluid and a dispensing hole for its dispensing; a first cam surface formed nonrotating relative to the housing. The dispensing device comprises a reciprocating movement device with an actuating device, a drive screw and a second cam surface. At that the reciprocating movement device is made with the ability of rotation relative to the housing and a pusher forming a transverse end wall of the reservoir is made nonrotating relating to the housing and is connected to the drive screw through the thread. Rotation of the actuating device leads to (1) movement of the pusher forward in the axial direction and to the axial reciprocating movement of the pusher.
