SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. System contains: first laser for measurement of optic refractive properties of eye, device for optic coherent tomography, which contains second laser for performing optic coherent tomography of eye (10), means of space-time control of directed movement of first and second laser irradiation beam on eye and computer for control in the process of corneal tissue resection in accordance with designed programme, of upper said units. First laser is made with possibility of corneal tissue resection. Computer is made with possibility of controlling device for optic coherent tomography to carry out measurements of cornea before beginning and after completion of corneal tissue resection and with possibility to control implementation of programme of performing corneal tissue resection under conditions, specified depending on results of measurements, performed by means of optic coherent tomography.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention will make it possible to extend arsenal of technical means for refractive surgery.
