FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: cleaning section (20) for electrical hygienic device (1) for the oral cavity is proposed, having at least a first carrier mounted with the ability to bring it into rotational or oscillating rotary motion about an axis (R) of rotation. A plurality of first cleaning elements (40) is mounted on the first carrier (30) so that their bases are located in the vertices of the first star-shaped polygon around the axis of rotation, and the bases lie on the mounting surface (31). All inner area of the star-shaped polygon is visible from the point at which the axis of rotation intersects the mounting surface. All first cleaning elements are inclined in the circumferential direction with respect to the axis of rotation so that the free end of each of the first cleaning elements is located further in the circumferential direction than the base of the corresponding first cleaning element, and the slope in the circumferential direction of all the first cleaning elements is equal. And at least one parameter of the cleaning element for two adjacent first cleaning elements or adjacent clusters of cleaning elements varies discretely between the first configuration and the second configuration.
EFFECT: location of the cleaning elements provides high efficiency of cleaning of hard-to-reach areas, such as interproximal spaces, recessed surfaces of molars, and surfaces of improperly located teeth.
