FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device of a hydraulic actuator of a valve of an internal combustion engine includes housing (1) of a hydraulic cylinder, which is fixed on the head of the cylinder block of the engine, in the cavity of which piston (2) is installed with a possibility of back-and-forth movement and connected to valve (3) of the internal combustion engine, feed passage (8) and drain passage (7) of the working medium. In the upper part of housing (1) of the hydraulic cylinder there are at least two rows of holes (4) and (5) connecting the cavity of the hydraulic cylinder to drain passage (7) of the working medium. At least one row of holes (5) is located above location of piston (2) at the upper dead point.
EFFECT: reduction of noise; lower wear of the valve and the seat.
