SUBSTANCE: film-forming polymer, which is a base for coatings, contains a product of reaction of a polyepoxide compound, containing a segment of a common formula (1) and polyatomic phenol, in particular, produced from one or more segments of the formula (1), produced from diglycidyl ether 4,4'-methylenebis(2,6-di-tretbutylphenol), diglycidyl ether 2,2'-methylenebis(4-methyl-6-tret-butylphenol), diglycidyl ether 4,4'-methylenebis(2,6-dimethylphenol), diglycidyl ether 4,4'-butylidenebis(2-tret-butyl-5-methylphenol) or their derivatives. This invention additionally provides powder compositions of coatings, containing polymer, which are useful for many target uses of coatings, including, for example, coatings of valves and pipes.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce coatings of various purpose, safe for contact with food, having superb adhesion, resistant to action of severe atmospheric conditions.
