FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises a patient's table mounted on a fixed base, and a column movable along the patient's table; the patient's table accommodates a frame connected on one side to the fixed base, and from the other side it has two parallel supports bearing a radiotranslucent deck plate. The column carries a vertically movable carriage rotatable about the column and bearing an arm support rotatable about an axis perpendicular to a column axis. At one end, the arm support comprises an X-ray emitter, and at the other end - an X-ray detector mounted opposite each other. The patient's table has an opening between the table frame and the radiotranslucent deck plate configured so that the X-ray detector gets in and out when the carriage turns about the column; the opening is limited by parallel supports. The column is mounted on a guide independent from the base of the patient's table; the arm support is configured as a U-arch; the radiotranslucent deck plate is movable perpendicularly to the column direction along the parallel supports, whereas the table frame is rigidly connected to the fixed base by means of an elevating-and-traversing mechanism and configured to turn at a preset angle with respect to the table base plane.
EFFECT: unlimited access to the patient and performing all range of X-ray examinations.
