SUBSTANCE: method of distribution of shoe covers comprises the following steps: retaining the shoe cover opened; overturning; determining whether the transmission module is returned to its initial state, if not, repeating the said determining; opening; transmission; waiting for use; completion of use; return of the transmission module to the initial state; determining whether the overturning is completed, if not, repeating the said determining; transfer to the step of opening. The system for distribution of shoe covers comprises a module for storage of shoe covers, an extraction module, which opens the module and the transfer module. The module for storage is equipped with an oblong opening. The elastic neck of each shoe cover is placed toward the oblong opening. The extraction module is provided with a pair of tongs, which are made with the ability of retaining opened and the possibility of overturning. The opening module is equipped with traction hooks, and the transfer module is provided with transfer rods made with the ability of receiving a shoe cover.

EFFECT: enhanced usability for preliminary storing a large number of shoe covers.
