FIELD: satisfaction of human vital needs.

SUBSTANCE: device for putting protective shoe covers (7) on constantly worn shoes (13) includes base (1) with vertical guides (2), on which movable and fixed carriages (3) and (4) are installed. On movable carriage (3), which is moved by manual drive, connecting panel (5) is fixed, on which two pairs of grippers (6) for shoe covers (7) are fixed in one plane, mirror-to-each other. Each pair of grips (6) is made in form of two halves of ring-shaped rim (8) with groove (9) along external surface. Ring-shaped rims (8) are spaced apart in the same plane relative to the diameter. Parts of panel (5) limited by inner area of ring-shaped rims (8) are absent. In the upper position of panel (5), elastic rubber band (14) of shoe cover (7) is pulled into grooves (9) of rims (8) and the cover is pushed (turned) into the opening between grippers (6). User lowers panel (5) in the lower position and without standing inclines shoe covers (7) on shoes (13).
