FIELD: machine building; food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building for the food industry, in particular to devices for bird dressing, and can be used in the poultry processing industry in dressing lines. Device for bird dressing comprises a stand (1), a drive sprocket (6), a fixed shaft (2) with formed plates (3) and a rotor (4) consisting of two or more disks (7, 8, 9, 10), with fixed to them by working units (14, 15) with lugs (16, 17, 18, 19). Disks (7, 8, 9, 10) are additionally rigidly connected to each other by jib-sticks (12, 13), each disk is made with radial slots with a width "t" equal to the thickness of the lug, and is equipped with fast-acting fixing mechanisms (20) in terms of the number of working units (14, 15). One of the lugs (16, 18) of each working unit (14, 15) is made with a horizontal groove with a width "s" equal to the thickness of the disc.

EFFECT: it provides increased productivity and reduced labor costs for maintenance of the device, provided by the design of the rotor, disks and working units, the way of interconnection between disks and the way of fixing the working units relative to the disks.
