FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: bearing contains a stator (4) with first coil (S1), second coil (S2), third coil (S3), and forth coil (S4), from them the first coil (S1) and third coil (S3) are on the first axis (Y), and the second (S2) and forth (S4) coils are on the second axis (X) against each other. The coils (S1, S2, S3, S4) are controlled using three phase current (U, V and W). Amplitudes of phase currents (U, V and W) are estimated as each displaced relatively to each other by 120° of sine function. Control is ensured using the control device in the varied work point, that sets for individual phases value of amplitudes estimation of each sine function.
EFFECT: creation of compact and reliably controlled or respectively adjusted radial magnetic bearing with low losses due to eddy currents.
