FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: visualising the urinary tract segment of interest is ensured by X-ray and radionuclide imaging techniques that is provided by using a hybrid SPECT-CT diagnostic system implying administering radiopaque and radiopharmaceutical preparations every 30 seconds to 1 minute. A targeted X-ray computed tomography is performed at the moment of increasing activity in a projection of the selected urinary tract segment not less than 3 times as compared to the background according to a visual analogue scale. The standard remote CT-scanning procedures (from 2 to 4) are not performed.
EFFECT: method enables reducing the patient's radiation dose and increasing the assessment accuracy of the detained state of pelvis, ureteropelvic junction, superior, medium, orificial and intramural urethers at the diagnostic and postoperative stages of examination.
