FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to urology, nephrology, pediatrics and ultrasound diagnostics, and can be used in the diagnosis of obstructive uropathies in infants. To do this, an ultrasound examination (scan) is performed with the calculation of the resistance index on the segmental and arc arteries of the kidneys. In addition, pulse-wave dopplerometry with duplex scanning of kidney vessels in the clinostatic position is performed 2 times with ultrasound: before the next physiological feeding and 1 hour after the next physiological feeding. The expansion of the calyx-pelvic system is visualized and determined, corticomedullary differentiation is visualized, the presence of blood flow is detected in the mode of energy Doppler mapping and the resistance index (RI) is calculated at the level of segmental, interlobular and arc renal arteries. When registering an RI of 0.77±0.04, the size of the renal pelvis is 15 mm and the thickness of the renal parenchyma is 9-10 mm, the diagnosis of obstructive uropathy is verified.
EFFECT: method provides a highly informative and effective diagnosis of obstructive uropathies in this category of children, excluding isotopic research methods and diuretic loads for choosing surgical treatment tactics by developing certain criteria for evaluating the calyx-pelvic system.
