SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a flare device and can be used in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, coke-chemical and other industries for complete combustion of flare combustible gases wastes. The tip of the smokeless flare is provided with an additional shell around and/or inside the tip, into the space between which the air is forcedly supplied with its outlet on the top for protection the tip from imposing by the wind of flame of combustible gases on the tip, and for cooling their heat -stressed surfaces, and for providing smokeless combustion the gas waste, and the air is supplied by fans from outside the flare stacks of the flares, or compressed air is supplied from the side or from the blowers.

EFFECT: invention enables to ensure long-term burning of all kinds of waste gases, to increase the operational lifetime between repair actions.
