SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of audio signals with application of sinusoidal shift. This device comprises processing unit, identifier of pseudo factors, spectrum modification unit, spectral-time conversion unit, controlled oscillator and mixer. Identifier of pseudo factors is configured to define one or more audio signal decoded spectrum pseudo actors, each with spectral position and spectral magnitude. Spectrum modification unit is configured to fit one or more pseudo factors in predefined position to get a modified spectrum of audio signal. spectral-time conversion unit is configured to convert audio signal modified spectrum into time area to get time area conversion signal. Controlled oscillator is configured to generate oscillator time area signal. Note here that said oscillator is controlled by spectral location and magnitude of at lest one or more pseudo factors. Mixer is configured to mix time area conversion signal and oscillator time area signal to get output audio signal.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of audio signal presentation.
