SUBSTANCE: in addition to the existing method, the present method includes determining and recording integral estimates of output signals with nominal characteristics and signals of m models for each of k control points obtained by changing the position of the input signal to a position after each of the m units, for which at the moment of transmitting a test or operating signal to the system input with nominal characteristics, the method includes simultaneously beginning integration of output system signals at each of the k control points for a weight function; determining and recording deformation of integral estimates of model output signals; determining standardised deformation values of the integral estimates of model output signals; determining deformation of the integral estimates of model output signals of the controlled system for k control points; calculating standardised deformation values of the integral estimates of output signals of the controlled system.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the method through the use of operating diagnosis and lower software or hardware costs on calculating a weight function.
